ACCOUNT

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jet Lag. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Jet Lag Pro is available as a monthly ($5.99/month) or annual ($59.99/year) subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device’s app store settings.

Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you create (reviews, messages). By posting content, you grant Jet Lag a licence to display it within the app. We may remove content that violates community guidelines.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

– Use the app for any unlawful purpose

– Harass, abuse, or harm other users

– Impersonate other users or crew members

– Attempt to access other users’ accounts

– Reverse engineer or modify the app

DISCLAIMERS

Layover plans, safety scores, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of place information, safety ratings, or activity suggestions. Always exercise personal judgement when exploring layover destinations.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jet Lag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy > Delete Account.

CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
