In just two days, we immersed ourselves in the dynamic world of Property Finder, creating four recruitment videos that showcase their unique company culture and highlight opportunities across key departments: Marketing, Tech, Product, and Commercial. Filmed on location at their offices, these videos offer a genuine glimpse into the people, the environment, and the diverse career paths available.

Visual and typograpy hierarchy

Visual hierarchy is the principle of arranging elements to show their order of importance. Designers structure visual characteristics—e.g., menu icons—so users can understand information easily. By laying out elements logically and strategically, designers influence users’ perceptions and guide them to desired actions. Users notice larger elements more easily can convert.
